有兩樣外國人蔬菜,是我特別喜愛的,一個是白蘆筍,另一個是朝鮮薊。朝鮮薊雖然看起來非常不像食物,但是吃到的時候,我每次都停不下來,我五歲的女兒看我每次吃得跟豬一樣,也覺得好奇,結果她一吃,也停不下來。
這麼畸型的蔬菜,它到底要怎麼吃呢?

用瓦斯爐中大火,蒸20~30分鐘,強烈建議不要用電鍋,因為要計算時間,而且電鍋溫度太高,蒸過頭不好吃。 |

吃法是一樣的,也是吃苞片跟底部 |
朝鮮薊一整個的味道,它苞片的部份吃起來像竹筍,底部的部份吃起來像菱角,吃完之後整個嘴巴會有回甘的感覺,如果這時去喝酒,酒會變成甜的。這一顆的纖維很多,中餐就吃這一顆,我可以飽到下午四點喔!
